Update:official 2010 China National Public Holiday list |
2010 China National Public Holiday list (official non-working days nationawide) |
This is especially for avoiding troubles entering the Torgart Pass in Xinjiang Province, which is closed during holidays. We’d like to advise you the dates that would cause the closing of the border in 2010:
Besides all the Saturdays and Sundays, below are national public holidays we estimate according to the government announcements in the past. The real festival day is for sure(in red) but which of the neighboring days will be holiday is possible to change. The normal rule is if the holiday happens to be Saturday, the Saturday will be moved to Friday as non-working day; if it happens to be Sunday, the Sunday will be moved to one day late(Monday) as non-working day.
